Welcome to Trexlator ("we," "our," or "us"), a document translation service operated by A2 Technologies. By accessing or using our website and services at trexlator.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Service.

Trexlator provides AI-powered document translation services supporting 90+ languages with layout preservation.
Payment Terms
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor.
We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment processing in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Pricing
Our current pricing is $0.99 USD per page translated. Prices may be subject to change with reasonable notice. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Card details are securely stored by Stripe, not on our servers.
Billing
You will be charged at the time of purchase based on the number of pages in your document(s). A receipt will be sent to your email address upon successful payment.

Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@trexlator.com within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for completed translations where the service was delivered as described, minor translation preferences, or requests made after 14 days from purchase.

Intellectual Property
Your content remains yours.
You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload. The translated output is yours to use as you see fit. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trexlator and A2 Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 1 month preceding the claim.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
